OpenIDEO Bengaluru Chapter : Community Catch Up #004 kicking off with a quick recap to the chapter initiatives in the past, it's project and introduction to Food System Vision Prize challenge.

A focus group of incredibly diverse set of professionals, entrepreneurs & social change enthusiast from across the food system gathered to network, brainstorm, collaborate & co-create around the very famous food system vision challenge. Some of these participants had already hosted events & had taken up initiative to start off the project and were here to collaborate and exchange information, insights & knowledge that they had gathered while running these initiatives.

The Food System Vision Prize is an invitation for organizations across the globe to develop a Vision of the regenerative and nourishing food system that they aspire to create by the year 2050.

The Rockefeller Foundation has partnered with SecondMuse and OpenIDEO to amplify the discourse on the state and the future of the world’s many food systems. And to empower communities globally to develop actionable solutions and become protagonists in their own food future. Creating a compelling and progressive Vision for the future of our food system requires a culture of collaboration that rallies industry, policy, academia, and society to act as one. When we come together, we can deliver sustainable, nourishing diets for people and the planet by 2050.

OpenIDEO Bengaluru Chapter identified and invited various personas in the food system to come and share their experiences with the applicants and with each other to equip the applicants and fuel co-creation among the Food System.
